Need help to remove my debit card and stop all AWS charges linked to multiple student accounts

-1

Hello AWS Support Team,

I am a teacher who conducted training sessions where students created AWS Free Tier accounts for learning purposes. During the process, I used my own debit card for verification on several of these student accounts (around 4–5 accounts).

Now, my Free Tier is nearing expiration, and I am concerned that my debit card might still be linked to those accounts. I no longer have access to those student accounts or remember their details.

I would like to request assistance from the AWS billing or support team to:

  • Identify any AWS accounts that are associated with my debit card.
  • Remove or block my debit card from all those accounts.
  • Ensure no future charges occur after the Free Tier expires.

I understand personal details cannot be shared here, so please let me know how I can securely provide my payment information (such as the last 4 digits of my card) to AWS Support for verification.

Thank you for your guidance.

Sincerely, Manthan Jitendra Pandit

Hi,

In this case I suggest reaching out to our Account & Billing team via our Support Center: go.aws/support-center.

If you no longer have access to our Support Center, use this form and include as many details as you can: go.aws/account-support. There's no login needed for the form option.
