In SMS, application for long code sent to Vietnam failed

In Pinpoint SMS > Phone numbers > Request originator when I selected the Vietnam(VN) as destination country,and in step3(Select originator type),I selected Long code as Originator type which is no registration required. but my application failed.The error message is shown in 1.png in the attachment.

For Vietnam, long codes are no longer supported, you can now only request registered sender IDs. Documentation - https://docs.aws.amazon.com/sns/latest/dg/sns-supported-regions-countries.html
