AWS Abuse report - EC2 access revoked

0

Good morning, we received an AWS Abuse report from trustandsafetyATsupport.aws.com and since then our EC2 access is revoked. This EC2 was working fine before and since this security incident, we are unable to access the EC2. Looks like nothing we could do from our end. It has got nothing to do with the Network/Security rules as well. The instance wont reboot or it wont connect even using the security keys/EC2 browser connect. We have replied back to the same email looking for help from the Trust and Safety center. Can anyone please help regarding access to EC2? Thank you

AWS re:Post is a community forum which doesn't have any visbility of the EC2 instances in your account, nor the reasons why this action will have been taken by AWS.

It appears the correct action is what you have already done, which is to reply to the email you got from the Trust & Safety team. See the foot of https://repost.aws/knowledge-center/report-aws-abuse

Note: AWS Support can't assist with reports of abuse or questions about notifications from the AWS Trust & Safety team. If you have questions for the AWS Trust & Safety team, then reply directly to their email.
