Access to RDS from AppStream

I created an RDS in the Tokyo region, and an AppStream in the Frankfurt region. When I tried connecting to the RDS in AppStream, I got a connection error.

You should use resources in the same regions, so AWS RDS and Amazon AppStream either both in Frankfurt region or in Tokyo region.
