About create new AWS account

Id like to create new AWS account this time. So I write my email in AWS Console. And then got the email about Ive already have account related this email.

But when I clicked 'log in to my account' button in the email and try to login, AWS Console notice to me there is no account related this email.

What can I do for login?

Hello.

Have you created an AWS account using the same email address in the past?
Also, have you ever canceled your AWS account while still linking that email address?
In that case, you should get an error because you cannot create an AWS account with the same email address.

I also recommend that you contact AWS directly as shown in the answer at the URL below.
