Email not sending

I'm trying to send an email and I get this message.

You are currently not allowed to send this e-mail. Please try again later.

2024-03-16 10:53:19 : An error occurred while trying to deliver the mail to the following recipients: ceo@mycompanydomain.com

Technical report:

Final-Recipient: rfc822;ceo@mycompanydomain.com Status: 5.0.0

I tried sending from another email and the message was received. The problem now is that the email is not being sent.

In general this means you have hit some limit on your workmail account. If you search with "You are currently not allowed to send this e-mail. Please try again later." you will find many similar cases like this

One common root cause for this is if you are using free awsapps.com domain for outgoing email. Then you can hit very easily a limit when sending emails. In this case you should consider register your own domain.
