need to resend validation email but AWS Certificate Manager console looks blank and doesn't show Certificate ID to resend the validation email to renew

I have received the validation email which I was not able to click on link in 72 hours to renew.

I have followed its instructions for resending the email to validate the email by logging in and going to ACM console and choose Certification ID to request the resend email. However, when I log in to ACM console, it looks blank and no certification manager option appears. Anyone can help?

Is your AWS Console in the same region now as the region in which you initially requsted the certificate?

AWS Certificate Manager is a regional service so if you switch to a different region it can look like you have no certs.
