Employee directory app

After launching Ec2 instance for employee directory app, I copied and pasted my public ipv4 address on a new window. It worked, I added my employee details and photos. I saved it but I couldn't see it on the screen. I tried many times but It will only show "save".

Hi,

I just ran through the labs for this course and can confirm they are currently in working order. I suspect you may have forgotten to select the correct IAM role for the EC2 instance. If you do not attach the IAM role, it would reproduce the behavior you are describing.

Here is a screenshot below of the app working for me with some dummy data:

Please double check the IAM role attached to the instance.

  • Thanks morgan- Willis. I checked my iam role attached to the instance, it was alright. But yet the image wouldn't appear. I also couldn't start my instance any longer, it will write " instance with ID not found" and "selected instance must be running". Please I really need your help
