Determine root cause for production outage events

Customer would like in the event of a production outage, being able to see the changes that have been applied to an account recently would be beneficial to determine if those changes were the cause of a production outage.

I would recommend the use of AWS config which tracks changes and history of resources in the account over time. Then use this to see the timeline of changes.
