receiving a monthly bill for an account that I don't have access to. Is there a way to get that account cancelled.

My credit card keeps getting billed even though I am under free tier still. I believe that it is from an old account using an old email that I no longer have access to. Is there anyway to get that account cancelled?

I think it's a good idea to cancel your AWS account if you don't need it.
