Thanks for your response. This was a http vs https issue - http link was working whereas https was not working. On desktop I was directly clicking the URL from EC2 console whereas on mobile I was editing server details in a previous http URL. Hence the difference.

What is the error you are seeing in the browser? How are you accessing the webspage? Using IP or the hostname? if you are using hostname try to see if the hostname is resolving to correct IP from the desktop, you can do the ping to check the resolution.
