Set bot display name in Connect prompts

How do you set the name to be displayed when either a Connect prompt is used or a Lex bot displays text? Currently it displays "SYSTEM_MESSAGE" and "BOT" which looks a bit amateur.

You cannot change it without customization on UI. You can find code in this repository: https://github.com/amazon-connect/amazon-connect-chat-ui-examples
