QuickSight Freeze First Column in a table view

Hello quicksight community, i am trying to freeze the first column in a table view within quicksight and am unsure how to do this. I do not see any simple option of doing so, so i am hoping someone can provide a possible workaround here for me?

Basically, i want to scroll right to left and the very first column which is an identifier/group by column, stays frozen so we know what data we are looking at as scrolling right to left.
