Error whilst importing .ova image | ClientError: Unknown OS / Missing OS files

Hi, I am trying to import an OVA file uploaded to my S3 bucket. The VM Kernel Details are below: VM Details

The VM Settings in VMware are below: Enter image description here

See below the status of whilst the importing of the image happens:

Import Image Started

Import Image Converting

Import Image Deleted

------- UPDATE ------- Tried with .vmdk file 4. Enter image description here

Any help resolving this would be great! Thank you, Hoshito

Hello Hoshito,

I hope you're doing well. I understand that you are trying to import Debian GNU/Linux 11 (bullseye) with Kernel: Linux 5.10.0-22-amd64.

Please understand that Kernel Linux 5.10.0-22-amd64 is not currently listed as a supported version, with Kernel 5.10.0 being the latest supported version [1].

You may consider using an alternative import method such as Application Migration Service (MGN) [2].
