Cloud Formation Certificate Creation Delay (CREATE_IN_PROGRESS) - CertificateManager

Question

Hello Pls i used cloud formation to create a certificate for my Domain and it keep on showing  it is almost 3 hour.
The Domain is in My Hosted Zone and NS record is created for this domains

CREATE_IN_PROGRESS
Content of DNS Record is: {Name: _606f6c7128d9b441a76a0d5dfcf6.accounts.domain.com.,Type: CNAME,Value: _872b21f0e2017fc7fe5871d2e5189f3e.shzbfwcggp.acm-validations.aws.}

Accepted Answer

Are all of the criteria met in the red box at the top of this page? https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AWSCloudFormation/latest/UserGuide/aws-resource-certificatemanager-certificate.html

1. certificate domain is hosted in Amazon Route 53
2. domain resides in your AWS account
3. using DNS validation

If not, the cert request will remain in its current state until you validate the certificate request, either by acting upon the instructions in the validation email, or by adding a CNAME record to your DNS configuration.
