You have a few options on the technical side, you can contact AWS Support 1. File a claim with AWS Support demonstrating company ownership of the website/application 2. Provide documentation showing the business relationship with the developer 3. Request account recovery assistance
To do this, you will need some or all of the following documents:
- Original contracts/agreements
- Proof of payments
- Domain ownership documentation
- Any communication with the developer
- Website ownership proof

I would recommend contacting AWS Support Directly:
- Account Ownership Transfer: If the developer is willing to cooperate, you can initiate an account ownership transfer process with AWS Support. They can guide you through the necessary steps, including verifying your identity and providing required documentation.
- Technical Assistance: Even if ownership transfer isn't feasible, AWS Support can provide technical guidance on accessing and managing the resources within the account. They may be able to help you gain temporary access or provide information on how to replicate specific functionalities.
