Hello.

Which AWS service is your website hosted on?
For virtual server services such as Lightsail and EC2, you can check the public IP address from the management console.
https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AWSEC2/latest/UserGuide/using-instance-addressing.html#working-with-ip-addresses
https://docs.aws.amazon.com/lightsail/latest/userguide/understanding-public-ip-and-private-ip-addresses-in-amazon-lightsail.html

If you have set up a load balancer such as ALB in front of the web server, you can check the DNS name from the load balancer console.

I am sorry, I own the site, and my developer has hired new people and everyone seems to have amnisha. I have no idea how they set it up everything is down. Can you walk me through step by step?

  • I would start by reviewing the billing for the AWS account that is used to host the website. This should help you narrow down what service is being used. (EC2, Amplify, LightSail, Lambda, S3, etc)
