Cannot update .com.au domain contacts

0

For my .com.au domain I have three required contacts (admin, registrant, tech). I need to update some details urgently for the contacts, but I cannot as any change I make fails with an error message "Privacy Protection The privacy protection setting must be the same for all contacts"

I cannot change privacy protection as privacy protection is not available for.com.au domains and the radio button to enable/disable protection is greyed out. Despite this, it shows privacy as 'enabled' for the admin and tech contacts but disabled for the registrant contact. -no idea how that came about

There is just no way this can be changed as far as I can see, can I get some help/advice please

Well I resolved this, by moving the domain to crazydomains. Its laughable for AWS to claim customer obsession when they demand money to even register a bug that renders their product unusable. CrazyDomains were really super helpful and went above and beyond to get a good outcome.
AWS are a substandard registrar.
