DNS of domain registered on AWS suddenly doesn't work properly

0

My domain mekl.org was registered on AWS 2 weeks ago. All of its DNS functions and records were working fine until this morning 5 AM. When I check around 10 AM, it doesn't work anymore. I made no changes during this time and nobody can access my AWS account. I am the only one who is working on it.

All of my works are on Singapore region. All other AWS resources are working fine but DNS. When I access from other region, it looks like my domain doesn't exit at all. When I set health checks on route 53, the logs show that my domain are only working in Singapore region.

mekl.org is serving as statics website using S3 + CloudFront. qr.mekl.org was hosted on EC2. Both websites were accessible using other way but via domain name.

Can any help me fixing please.

I found the answer. It is because email of registered domain has not verified. I used my customer's email to create AWS account and register domain. She thought she has confirmed but it seems there was some confusion. I did not aware about unconfirmed email until I go and check registered domain list now. This kind of error is serious because it take down all websites and this error should be seen on all the pages under Route 53 if not globally.
