Corporate emails does not receive messages from AWS WorkMail

I have a domain registred in AWS and I have successfully created mailbox for this domain using AWS WorkMail. Using this domain I can send and receive emails to any public emails (google,outlook,..). However, I can only receive emails from corporate emails, and Corporate emails does not receive messages from my WorkMail. Could you please help me with this.

Hi Abdelrahman,

Ensure you've set up SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records correctly for your domain. These records are used to prevent email spoofing and to inform recipients that the email is genuinely from your domain.

You can also, look into your email logs. AWS WorkMail provides email logs which you can access from the AWS Management Console.

  • In additions to ensure you have create the domain records for SPF, DKIM and DMARC. Make sure to enable the custom MAIL FROM as well.
