Corrected Name for Account
First Name: Katuri
Last Name: Akash

The name in my ID: Katuri Akash
Please look into this issue as soon as possible, as my exam is scheduled for tomorrow, i.e 5th July 2023, at 11:30 A.M IST, I won't be able to give it unless the name's changed from Amazon's end. I've already raised a ticket on https://support.aws.amazon.com/#/contacts/aws-training. Someone please look into this and help me out.

    I want the changes to take place on urgent basis, do you know how much time it will take for the changes to reflect on my AWS account?

    In the past I have also changed my name for AWS certification and that took 2 days. Since I am Japanese, it may have something to do with time zone and other applications. Perhaps one to three days would be sufficient to make the change. So, in the worst case scenario, we recommend postponing the test date.
