AppStream 2.0 user pool login issue

appstream 2.0 in aws we have added the user in user pool but the user is not getting the password but only the login link and getting error "You are not currently authorized to login. Please contact your administrator."

I have checked the that user status is enabled and stack is assigned too.

Normally, if you are using standard User Pool for AppStream, you should receive an email with link in order to set a password. Try to recreate the user with email association and check if the email confirmation is not in Spam.
