Unresolved Exam Cancellation Case #36600892

-2

Dear AWS Certification Support Team,

I am raising this as a second request regarding my previously reported exam cancellation case (#36600892), as the issue remains unresolved.

I was directed by Pearson VUE to contact AWS for the final decision on this matter. However, I have not yet received a clear resolution or outcome from my earlier request.

To summarize the situation: During my exam session, I experienced extremely high room temperature after being instructed earlier by the proctor to turn off my fan during verification. After the exam began, I contacted the proctor via chat and explicitly asked for permission to turn the fan back on. The proctor approved this request.

I briefly moved only after receiving this approval. However, the system automatically flagged this as leaving the exam area, which resulted in immediate cancellation of my exam.

I would like to emphasize that:

  • I acted strictly based on proctor approval
  • I did not violate any rules intentionally
  • This appears to be a system-triggered cancellation despite following instructions

I kindly request a thorough review of my session, including the chat logs, which will confirm that the action was performed with proctor consent.

Since my previous case has not been resolved, I respectfully request:

  1. A clear resolution on my case
  2. Escalation for further review if required
  3. A complimentary retake or rescheduling of my exam

I am committed to following all exam guidelines and request fair consideration based on the circumstances.

Thank you for your time and support. I look forward to your response.

Sincerely, [Your Full Name]
