WorkMail - the user does not see old emails.

Hi.

On March 1, 2024, I changed the data of our AWS account ID "number" from the previously valid data of "Organization1" to the new owner of this account, i.e. I transferred the relevant data to the company "Orgazation2".

In addition to other AWS services, we also use WorkMail, as part of this service we have set up several mailboxes for our users, these existed and were used for a long time before the deadline of 1.3.2024. We have a set mail domain @name.country, which we did not change during the above-mentioned changes to the account, it remained the same.

We found out that one of our users does not have (or for some reason cannot see) emails available on his email account from before the date 1/3/2024, when we made adjustments to the account owner's data. At the same time, in the properties of this mailbox, I see information about the mailbox's occupancy "a lot of MB", i.e. I assume the data was not deleted. Another of our users also sees historical emails, before the date of the change.

Any idea what happened?
