Time delay in routing calls to salesforce

Implemented service cloud voice in connection with amazon connect facing around 10 - 20 secs delay to route call to salesforce

  • Have you tried working with the salesforce team on this? SCV has additional routing processing logic implemented on top of the Connect routing. There is a call task object that needs to be created by SCV in order for the call to be routed to the agent.
