Cannot import/embed Credly badges from multiple emails into re:Post

0

I have a few certifications where I used different email IDs. I was able to add them all to Credly but am unable to add any of them, even where the email ID used for the cert is same as the one on re:Post profile (changed but verified). Is there a way or plan to accommodate folks that use multiple email IDs?

Yes that is an issue as @borkod suggested change the email id in the re:post to match the cerdly certificate email to attached certificate then revert back when done. This is what I did to get around this problem / bug. I did let the re:post team about this. Please refer to similar post Can’t add my AWS certification Credly badge in re:Post

Make sure that the email you're using for re:Post (found in Profile -> Settings) is the same email you used at the time when you set-up your Credly certificate. Unfortunately, changing your Credly default email address does not fix the issue. It seems that the email is hard coded into the certificate. You can temporarily update your re:Post email to match the certificate email in Credlly. Then once verified within re:Post you can associate your Credly certificate. Afterward, you can revert back your re:Post email settings.
