Using appflow for transferring data from Redshift to S3

Hi, can appflow be used to transfer data from Redshift to S3? Is there any other option which is better than this?

The UNLOAD command provides a more direct method of transferring data from Redshift to S3. Amazon AppFlow is intended to transfer (and transform) data from SaaS applications like SAP or Salesforce into an AWS-hosted destination.
