DMS Data Migration stuck and can not be deleted

We've used the new approach to migration project approach to migrate our on premise DB towards AWS RDS. One of our test migration projects still has an associated data migration which is in the status Starting for over 3 days. We can not edit or delete it and in consequence we can not delete the migration project as well, as it has ongoing migrations.
