System Error on AWS Cloud Quest:DataAnalytics modeul Real-TIme Data Processing

0

hi there,

I'm trying to complete the AWS Cloud Quest Data Anaytics training, I've been trying to do the last module - Real Time Data Processing and it keeps stating "Labs Unavailable Due to a system error, this specific assignment is currently unavailable. Please tray again later" I have been trying for the past week and still getting this issue. I have cleared my brower cookies/history and tried a different browser with no luck.

Please can you take a look. I am paying for the privilage to do these skill builder courses so please don't spoil the experience buy not allowing me to complete my training.

thank you

Sabrina

Hi Sabrina,

I went in to SkillBuilder and enrolled in the AWS Cloud Quest Data Analytics course, and was able to launch that particular module successfully. Can you check now if it has been fixed on your end and you are able to access it?

If it is still not working for you, I recommend that you reach out to AWS Training with the methods below to get help with the issue you are having so they can help you sort that out:

      • Course name: AWS Cloud Quest - Data Analytics
      • Module: Real-Time Data Processing
      • Error message: "Labs Unavailable Due to a system error"
