Is it possible that there is an operating system firewall that has been enabled which is blocking traffic? If so, you will need to rebuild the Workspaces instance.
Otherwise, I'd suggest creating a support case as the support team can investigate further within the Workspaces service.

Hi We do not know this as we cannot get in We are small company and do not have support contract with AWS Is there any chance we can access the workspace ourself I am assuming raising support ticket with AWS support will cost money Please advice
I would suggest that maintaining a business support contract is worth the money given that you're running multiple Workspaces. However, if that isn't a possibility then you should attempt a rebuild of the Workspaces instance.
