Lost MFA Device – Unable to Access My AWS Account

Hello,

I am unable to sign in to my AWS account because my laptop, which was set up as my MFA device, is no longer working. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to my MFA codes or backup codes, and I did not register any alternative MFA device.

I also do not remember my IAM username and I’m not sure where to find it. Could you please help me disable or reset the MFA for my account so that I can regain access?

Please note that phone calls to me have not been successful.

    I had already tried the steps in the documents you shared, and I tried them again after receiving your message, but unfortunately, the issue still persists.

    In the first solution you suggested, I am not receiving any call from Amazon at the phone number verification step. Also, I cannot update my phone number because it requires signing in with MFA.

    In the second solution, it redirects me to the AI assistant, but the assistant sends me back to the first step again, so I’m stuck in a loop.

    Could you please help me find another way to verify my identity or disable MFA so I can regain access to my account, or let me know where I can learn my IAM username without MFA? I already know my Account ID, but I’m not sure if I have an IAM username.
