It appears you're experiencing an access issue with AWS WorkMail. The error message "This application has not been enabled for your directory. Please contact your Administrator for more details." suggests that there might be a problem with your account's permissions or the WorkMail service configuration for your organization.
This could be due to several reasons:
- Your access to WorkMail may have been revoked or changed since you last logged in.
- There might have been changes to your organization's AWS WorkMail configuration.
- Your account might have been disabled or removed from the directory associated with WorkMail.
To resolve this issue, you should take the following steps:
-
First, ensure that you're using the correct login credentials and that you're on the right login page for your type of user (root user, IAM user, or federated user).
-
If you're certain your credentials are correct, contact your AWS account administrator or IT department. They will be able to check:
- If your account is still active and properly configured in the directory
- If WorkMail is still enabled for your organization
- If there have been any recent changes to permissions or configurations that might affect your access
-
If you are the administrator, you may need to check the WorkMail console to ensure the service is properly set up and that your user account has the necessary permissions.
-
If you're unable to resolve the issue with your administrator or if you are the administrator and can't figure out the problem, you may need to contact AWS Support for further assistance.
Remember, access issues can be complex and often require intervention from someone with administrative privileges. Don't hesitate to reach out to your organization's IT support or AWS account administrator for help.

Hello.
Are you accessing the correct URL?
The Amazon WorkMail URL is as shown below. Is the "alias" part correct?
https://docs.aws.amazon.com/workmail/latest/userguide/web-client.html
https://alias.awsapps.com/mail
I'm the administrator of this account and this was working before. And yes, I'm accessing it through https://alias.awsapps.com/mail. I haven't made any changes

Hi, if you're the administrator of the organization you can also find the correct URL in the WorkMail AWS console. If you to the WorkMail console and open your organization you can find the URL to access the WebMail.
Kind regards, Robin
