Workspace feature in Blu Insights Codebase is not responding

The workspace feature in Blu Insights Codebase is not responding.

Following filter and search for text SYMNAMES is done in Codebase workspace. workpackage = 'Project scope' and file type in ['JCL', 'PROC']

How do I fix this issue ?

  • Can you please elaborate more on what is happening? If makes sense, provide screenshot also.

More information needed to check what's going on (more explanations, workpackage content and screenhots if possible).

Some suggestions to check if workspace features works

  • Clean your filter and search text, go to navigator pane and open a file
  • Remove your filter and search for a text present in the opened file
  • Close the file, add a filter to match the file and redo same search
