Connecting a bank account for payment
A customer of mine would like to to open an account with using a bank account instead of a credit card. Is this possible? If this is not possible how much time would it take after opening an account with a CC, to move it to a bank payment? And what is the process.

AWS requires a credit or debit card for payment.

Is there no option of invoicing(Bank payment) at AWS?

in the billing area there is add payment, there is the option of "Bank account(SEPA)" - is this not an option?

There are conditions regarding direct debit payments. https://docs.aws.amazon.com/awsaccountbilling/latest/aboutv2/manage-cc.html#manage-debit
My account only allows me to register for payment by credit card, so maybe the payment method changes depending on the corporate account or country.
It would be better to open a case with "Account and billing" with AWS Support.
