Workmail setup for a transferred domain

Hi there I recently transferred my domain from another host to AWS and would like to setup my email addresses in AWS. I understand I should follow the Workmail steps (below) however when I went to "Organisation" (step 2), there was no "user" in the navigation panel (step 3). Hi,

Once you have opened your organization there should be a "Users" option in the left menu. On that page you can create users.

Hi,

It seems you have created a AWS organization in AWS Organizations. This service allows you to manage multiple AWS accounts. I assume you want to create a AWS WorkMail organization. For this you need to go to the WorkMail console and create a WorkMail organization which is different from a AWS Organization.
