S3 MRAP using Laravel PHP - AWS SDK v 3

I am using Laravel and AWS SDK V3. While implementing MRAP for S3, It is asking me to install AWS Common Runtime. Few articles suggest that this is not required. What needs to be done as even AWS Common Runtime has few issues regarding installation
