lightsail instance, wordpress connect error

Hello
After creating the instance(solly-2), I installed WordPress. 
https://lightsail.aws.amazon.com/ls/webapp/us-east-1/instances/solly-2/connect
I installed it several times and saw the message that it installed successfully. 
I also set up DNS before installing and I have a domain address.

When I try to connect to the domain address to set up WordPress, I get an error. 
I tried 5 times and I see the same error message (ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT). 
Why is this happening? Please advise a solution

Does Lightsail's firewall allow things like HTTP connections?  
https://docs.aws.amazon.com/lightsail/latest/userguide/understanding-firewall-and-port-mappings-in-amazon-lightsail.html

Also, is a web server (Apache, Nginx, etc.) installed and started correctly on the Lightsail instance itself?
