RDS Sql Server support for 15.0.4198.2

I understand you want to know when the engine version 15.0.4198.2 for SQL Server will be available on RDS SQL Server.

RDS SQL Server currently does not support CU15 15.0.4198.2 for SQL Server 2019 and there is no ETA for when this version will be released and available. I would recommend that you refer to the link https://aws.amazon.com/new/ for latest feature releases and announcements as when engine version is available, it will be announced in the What's New with AWS page.
