Shield Advanced服务是针对账号的吧？如果一个账号开了多台EC2是不是也只收$3000？

是的，Shield Advanced 应用在账号级别，准确来说是organization级别 ：Shiled Advanced除了月度固定费用还有AWS Shield Advanced 数据传出使用费（每 GB）
