Your AWS CloudShell data is scheduled for deletion?
0
hello, I'm running an email newsletter with sendy and I got this notice about my cloudshell but sendy set everything up for me so I don't know what this is
is it ok to allow that data to be deleted or do I need to do something?
thank you!
"Some users of this account haven’t used AWS CloudShell for over 110 days in the us-west-2 Region. On April 19, 2023 we’re scheduled to delete the CloudShell home directory and data of inactive users in the us-west-2 Region."
Difficult to determine. Someone used CloudShell, so it allocated some storage for their home directory. It could have been used as part of installation instructions for issuing AWS CLI command. But whatever was installed, it would not depend on the CloudShell environment to run.
oh ok thank you! do you know why I got this message? is it likely something to do with sendy installing the newsletter program for me?
