DeepLense cannot deploy sample model anymore

1

I got a DeepLens v1.1 with Software version 1.4.9 running. I used to have the Object detection sample model deployed what worked fine. I never deployed any other model.

Now I removed it and wanted to deploy the Head-Pose-detection model.
However, it keep downloading forever and after several retries downloads up to 52% and then fails with error "Deployment of project Head-Pose-detection, version 0 failed. 11/8/2022, 3:25:37 PM: An error occurred during deployment. Greengrass deployment failed".

Same happens when I try to re-deploy the previous model.

I connected my Windows 11 computer via Registration USB port and tried to access device settings but Windows tells me the device cannot be used. Then I tried same on Windows 10 computer. This time I was told that "the device can be used" but still I cannot connect, it keeps spinning forever without detecting the cam.

I logged on via HDMI and tried update manually but looks like 1.4.9 is up to date.
Also in cloudwatch I see no error in the logs.

Any idea what I can do?

since deeplense is officially decommissioned, I think we can close this.

Check the cause in AWS IoT, Manage, GreenGrass Devices, Groups(V1), then your deeplens. Hover over to "failed" in Deployments tab.
