Access Request Issue for Amazon Bedrock

Question

I am reaching out regarding an issue I encountered while trying to request access to Amazon Bedrock "Claude 3 Sonnet" using my root account which I have been using for couple of months now. During the access request phase, I receive an "Operation not allowed" error.
Here are the steps I have taken to troubleshoot the issue:
	1. I used the root account to initiate the access request.
	2. I switched to another browser and cleared the cached data to ensure there were no browser-related issues. (Google Chrome)
	3. I confirmed that I am in a region where Amazon Bedrock is available and operational. (us-east-1)
	
Use Case:

I am studying and experimenting with Anthropic models to understand their natural language processing capabilities. My focus is on learning how to apply these models to various AI-driven tasks, which will aid in my education and future projects.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? Any guidance on requirements or specific actions needed would be greatly appreciated.

Hello.

Is it possible to enable it for other models rather than "Claude 3 Sonnet"?  
If other models can be enabled, I think this is an issue on AWS or Anthropic's side.  
I have seen similar events in the past.  
Claude may not be available in some countries, or there may be restrictions imposed by AWS, so I recommend that you open a case with AWS Support under "Account and billing".
