You get 750 hours per month of free tier usage for any EC2 instance of t2, t3, or t4g family, and this is for the period of 12 months since you start using AWS on your new account. As for EBS, you get 30Gb of free tier usage per month (provided that you use either GP2 or GP3 or magnetic volumes), also for the period of 12 months. Based on your description, you shouldn't pay anything for EBS (8Gb volume + 12Gb volume). And actually based on your choice of EC2 instance types, both of them should fall under the free tier limits.
As it was suggested in another response, you can estimate your charges using AWS Pricing Calculator https://calculator.aws/#/
HI, with AWS pricing calculator you can easily have a cost estimation based on your AWS services usage.
For your specific use case here you can find a cost estimation using the pricing calculator. As you can see you will have a cost of 9$ per month per instance.
AWS free tier is also aplicable to those type of instances. So the first 750hours (per year) of usage will be free for both instances.

I am grateful for your help.
So what about the EBS volume? Also, how much will the cost be in the free tier and after it?
Isn't it 750 hours/month for 12 months?
