I can see in that IP that the certificate configured now is a self-signed certificate for the domain example.com. Please read and follow the documentation, making sure you use your own domain and not the example one: SSL/TLS certificates in Lightsail
To help with your issue logging in as admin, I would try the following:
-
Double-check that you're using the correct username and password: Consider using the "Forgot Password" feature to reset your password if needed.
-
Disable plugins: Connect to your LightSail instance via SSH, navigate to the WordPress installation directory, and rename the "plugins" folder to something like "plugins-disabled". This will deactivate all plugins, and you can then check if you can access the wp-admin area. If successful, start reactivating plugins one by one to identify the problematic one.
-
Switch to a default theme: Rename your current theme's folder, which will force WordPress to use a default theme. If the issue is theme-related, you should be able to log in. Then you can investigate the issue with your original theme.
To configure email, please follow this documentation: Enabling email on your WordPress instance in Amazon Lightsail
As a final reference, you can check the following page on how to deploy Wordpress in lightsail: Quick start guide: WordPress on Amazon Lightsail

Hi Ivan Casco,
Which command should I use to rename the plugin on instance because in instance we have linux therefore, I need to know which command is using to rename the plugin.
thanks Amir
Hello Amir,
Renaming a directory (or folder) in Linux can be done using the
mv
command. Here's how you can rename your plugins folder:Connect to your LightSail instance via SSH.
Navigate to the directory where your WordPress installation is. The exact path can vary, but it's often something like
/var/www/html
or/var/www/yourdomain.com
.Use the
cd
command to change directory:mv
command, which stands for "move". Here's how you can rename your plugins folder to "plugins-disabled":Remember, by renaming the plugins folder, you're effectively disabling all plugins on your WordPress site. If you can login after doing this, it's a strong indication that one of your plugins is causing the issue. You can then rename the folder back to "plugins" and start reactivating them one by one to identify the problematic one.
