I can see in that IP that the certificate configured now is a self-signed certificate for the domain example.com. Please read and follow the documentation, making sure you use your own domain and not the example one: SSL/TLS certificates in Lightsail
To help with your issue logging in as admin, I would try the following:

Disable plugins: Connect to your LightSail instance via SSH, navigate to the WordPress installation directory, and rename the "plugins" folder to something like "plugins-disabled". This will deactivate all plugins, and you can then check if you can access the wp-admin area. If successful, start reactivating plugins one by one to identify the problematic one.

Switch to a default theme: Rename your current theme's folder, which will force WordPress to use a default theme. If the issue is theme-related, you should be able to log in. Then you can investigate the issue with your original theme.

Secondly, When I click on any pages it redirect to static ip rather than domain name.
