Could I increase SageMaker ml.p2.16xlarge Notebook Instances to 3 as a student for free ?

I am starting deep learning and I am looking forward to training the model with Sagemaker . I want to increase SageMaker ml.p2.16xlarge Notebook Instances to 3 which hourly cost nearly $32 which is not affordable for a student. What should I do?
