How can i connect RDS instance created from a snapshot.

Question

I have successfully restored an RDS snapshot, and AWS has generated the instance in my RDS list. However, I am encountering difficulties connecting to the database from SQL Server Management Studio as I am receiving the following error: "A network-related or instance-specific error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server."

Can someone assist me with resolving this issue?
