My website is not accessible from certain countries

My website is not available from some countries like Romania, for example. I do not know why, as we did not setup any restrictions in our AWS account... Were can i look in order to see if there are some blocking rules?

Have you transferred or delegated the domain from another registrar to Route 53? It may be that the name server record updates are still propagating.
