Support do not have a phone number that you can dial into. The only way to engage with AWS Support is through the AWS Support Center.
This is as AWS has to ensure that you have the authority to interact with support on the resources within the account, as support center requires you to use login credentials for the account to access it.
You can elect to be contacted by phone from there, if you have at least business level support. YOu can open a support case here: https://console.aws.amazon.com/support
If you are currently an AWS APN Partner, and would like to terminate that arrangement, then you should reach out to your AWS Partner Development Manager, or Account Manager to assist you.
Find info on account closure here: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/accounts/latest/reference/manage-acct-closing.html https://repost.aws/knowledge-center/close-aws-account
But I think you are referring to Partnership as per se. So talk to yur Engagement Manager or go to AWS Support Center and open a service request.
Accounts and Partnerships are two different things. There are links between those about discounts or other perks, which are managed in the background. You don't have to do anything.
Just talk to AWS (Not on REPOST) and ask them to close the Partnership.
