Good morning, I need AWS support because the help center isn't responding to my account validation request. I need to purchase a domain and I've been waiting for over four days to do this so I can set up my website and corporate email accounts. What should I do, or who could help me?

Status "Error" Message "Registro de dominios con error: [We can't finish registering your domain. Contact AWS Support at https://console.aws.amazon.com/support/home?region=us-east-1#/case/create?issueType=customer-service&serviceCode=service-domains&categoryCode=registration-issue for further information.]"

    I have reviewed all the suggested checks:

    • Contact information format is correct
    • No verification emails have been received
    • Payment method is valid and set as default
    • Domain name format is valid

    However, the issue persists and I still receive: "We can't finish registering your domain."

    It seems this might be related to an internal account verification or manual review.
