Pinpoint journey without any endpoints

Could you please confirm the endpoint status? This is because only active endpoints at the time of the journey publish will enter the activity. It also depends on how often you refresh the segment. Please refer to below link for more information on Pinpoint Journey and Segments.

The journey status was active for a few days, and so the endpoints. The journey had the following initial stats Number of times entry segment has been refreshed since start: 116 Number of times entry segment will be refreshed: 19 I think is something else going on, why endpoints are not getting in?
